WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS OR GROUP PARENT COACHING SESSION?

Participation in all six weeks of the Parent Coaching Course is mandatory for successful completion. Due to the structured and interactive nature of the program, each session builds on the previous one, making full attendance essential.

If you anticipate any scheduling conflicts, please let us know in advance so we can explore possible solutions. However, missed classes cannot be made up, and incomplete participation may result in not receiving a Certificate of Completion.

We encourage all participants to commit fully to the program to gain the maximum benefit and ensure successful completion.

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS OR GROUP PARENT COACHING SESSION?

We understand that life happens—schedules change, and unexpected events come up. However, because we dedicate this time specifically to serve you, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Providing at least 24 hours' notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to another family in need. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a new appointment that works for you.

WILL MY CHILD NEED TO ATTEND PARENT COACHING SESSIONS WITH ME?

Each family has unique needs, and whether your child participates will be determined after an initial assessment with your Parent Coach. During this first meeting, we will evaluate your specific situation and identify the best approach for your family's success.

There is no one-size-fits-all script—every family requires a customized Parent Coaching plan tailored to their unique dynamics. Some sessions may involve only parents, while others may include children if it aligns with the goals of the coaching process.

Our priority is to create a supportive and effective plan that meets the needs of both parents and children.
